What is this app for?

This app is for people who want to exercise, get fit and strong! We create a customized workout program specifically for you.

 

Is this app free?

We offer a free trial, but after that, you'll need to subscribe to our service. But don't worry, we have affordable options and discounts!

Is the workout app accessible to the deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind community?

Absolutely! We have captioned all of the videos and provided voice over and transcripts in American Sign Language (ASL), so that everyone can participate in the workouts.

 

Can I use this app if I'm a beginner?

Absolutely! We have workouts for people of all fitness levels. If you're new to exercise, we recommend starting with our beginner programs and gradually working your way up.

I’m a woman. Will using this app make me bulky?

Nope! It's a common myth that lifting weights will make women bulky. However, that's not true. According to evidence-based studies, women who lift weights 2-5 times a week will get stronger and more toned, not bulky. So, don't be afraid to lift those weights!

 

What kind of workouts do you have?

Currently, we are focusing on strength training, hypertrophy, and cardio.

   

How long are the workouts?

Our workouts range in length from 10 minutes to over an hour. You can decide the length of a workout that fits your schedule and energy level!

   

How often should I do the workouts?

It's up to you and your schedule! We recommend starting with 3 workouts per week and gradually increasing as you get stronger. Consistency is key, so aim to make exercise a regular part of your routine.

   

Do I need equipment to do the workouts?

Some of the workouts require equipment like dumbbells or a bench, while others do not. We offer a variety of programs that can be done with or without equipment, so you can choose the one that works best for you.

   

Can I track my progress on this app?

Yes! We have features that allow you to track things like your weight, measurements, and workout frequency. You can also set goals and track your progress toward them.

   

What if I don't like a certain type of workout?

That's okay! Everyone has different preferences when it comes to exercise. We have a variety of workouts to choose from, so you can find ones that you enjoy and that challenge you in a way that feels good. And remember, it's okay to try new things and step outside your comfort zone!
